J4Care specialises in providing open solutions for archiving, viewing and reporting of medical images, documents and alike. We are the "home of DCM4CHEE". DCM4CHEE is an open source platform for medical imaging that is in use worldwide by countless hospitals, clinics, regions. Our engineering team is the core contribution party to DCM4CHEE. Based on DCM4CHEE we provide professional services (for migrations, integrations, training etc) as well as enterprise solutions through our DCM4CHEE Pro, SMooTH VNA (Vendor Neutral Archive) and SMooTH Viewer products. Our current customer base is mainly in Europe, consisting of regional archiving solutions, hospital VNA's, national VNA's, image distribution, tele radiology etc.
