Jaad Food is a food distribution company specializing in the procurement and distribution of coffee, cocoa and spices. Jaad Food consistently seeks to increase the value of the company by optimally playing its role as a development agent and value creator. Through the creation of a business ecosystem with strategic partnerships that create harmonization of supply-demand from upstream to downstream (end to end), Value Added Processes and commercialization of coffee, cocoa, and spice products. Jaad Food is focused on tackling challenges in the industry and providing better deals for smallholders. In many cases, we work directly with farmers and producers in long-term partnerships to help bring their products to markets where they lack the reach and expertise. To do this, we have established a dedicated local procurement operation to ensure quality and consistency of supply. We have also invested in laboratory testing, cupping scores and organic certification to increase our customers' confidence in our products. We also continue to build and enhance our network of local representatives across major export markets, to promote our products and educate our customers and provide them with more customized services. “Jaad” is an Arabic word, and loosely translates to hardworking, dependable, and dependable. This one word perfectly encapsulates the values we uphold as a company and the standards we continue to strive for in serving our customers.
