We are building JackHabbit - a machine learning based web or mobile app-based health and wellness platform that delivers individualized learning content and activities to help users build sustainable habits that contribute to their total health and wellbeing – both mental and physical. This online platform will create a real time habit building experience for people suffering from mental health become more resilient, healthy, and productive by using persuasive technology, human interaction, and gamification. It allows users to not only address their present health concerns but also to continue to support their personal performance over time. It provides both education and behavioral nudges to take small steps towards healthy habits.
