Jackson Appraisal Services

Jackson Appraisal Services is a Full Service Appraisal Company operating out of Truckee, CA and servicing the regional markets of Truckee, the Lake Tahoe Basin, and Northern Nevada. I hold Certified Residential Licenses in both California and Nevada and have been appraising properties in this region since 2002. Current clients include banks, AMC's (Appraisal Management Companies), Attorneys, Realtors and private parties. Typically appraisals are performed for lending purposes, internal bank use (i.e. REO's), estate valuation, and divorce settlements. My specific appraisal background includes appraisal, appraisal management, and training for major banks since 1994.
