Jackson Contracts Solutions, LLC, provides Subject Matter Expertise (SME) level Acquisition Advisory support to CORs and PMs with a dotted line to COs at Government Agencies. We have assisted Agencies such as the DoD/DoW, DHS, NIH, DoS and other Non-FAR agencies award billions in government contracts to government contractors. We provide Requirements Planning, Market Research, Cost Estimation, Strategy, Solicitation, Evaluation, Contract Award, Performance Monitoring, Modifications for Exercising Options, Funding, De-scopes and Contract Close Out. We facilitate Technical Evaluations with Proposal Review and Rating, Collection of Ratings from the Team, Answering and direct support to the Chairperson with the development of the Final Report. Our team has over 20 years of expertise assisting small and large Government contractors navigate through the bid/no bid, Q&A, proposal process, and managing Government contracts. As Technical Evaluators we provide Proposal Compliance review and Contracts Management support. We negotiate NDA's, TA's and subcontract agreements. This dual role allows for a unique understanding of what Government agencies are looking for in the winning proposal and what is necessary to include in the proposal responses to win a government contract. We have managed all contract types from contract award/contract kickoff through contract close out. We have worked on the winning proposal teams for numerous large and small Government contractors. We have won awards for contract management and assisted Government agencies issue RFP's and RFQ's which have resulted in a number of contract awards to large and small businesses.
