The new owners believe that the best beef jerky is a result of time old tradition of hard manual work paired with sourcing the best meat around. Produced in small batches at a time, the result is incomparable to any jerky around. With the recipe and method fine tuned, the store now provides craft beer along with hand selected artisanal products from across the country.
