Jade Management

JADE Management was co-founded by Andy and Jena Sabatini. We are an entrepreneurial couple that bought our first hotel within six years of completing hospitality management programs at leading universities, turned it around from near bankruptcy in three years, sold it and bought our second hotel. We currently own and operate the Hampton Inn and Residence Inn by Marriott in Helena. Our company culture is to be a strengths based organization. We believe our success has come from analyzing the strengths we possess and allowing each other to excel in those areas. We strive to do the same for our managers and employees.
