In 2006, Transfer Online's founder and CEO, Lori Livingston, envisioned a software development company that would support Transfer Online and benefit external projects. TOLTD (Transfer Online Technology Development) was established, taking on clients from Lori’s extensive network of business contacts in the financial world. By 2009, TOLTD began to develop the forefront of new electronic trading applications for emerging markets in the field of alternative and illiquid securities. TOLTD continued to expand at a rapid pace, further solidifying its position as a world leader in the development of electronic trading platforms for the financial industry. Today, the company provides a wide range of services outside of the financial industry. With a name change and new website, Jagalee has expanded its internal staff to include a marketing expert and a UX/UI designer. The team now takes on a variety of projects across a broad spectrum of development fields.
