Continuous self-examination, quest for better solutions and an unconditional commitment to work – encoded in our DNA by founder Jagrut Patel – fuels our drive for distinction and pursuit of responsible architecture. We aim to create value-enhanced design. Be it a building that needs to be accommodated on a tricky plot; a locality that benefits through better health and hygiene; happy homes that form happy neighbourhoods; or commercial spaces that meet business objectives. Our inspirations are drawn from psychology, philosophy, technology, art, culture… to create spatial experiences that are energized to the last inch. To this end, we invest considerably in technology and software; and if we don’t find the right tools in the market, we create them. Our team thrives on collaboration. A cross-pollination of ideas and expertise has helped in creating a legacy of path-breaking products that go beyond style. To us, design isn’t about a particular style or an assembly of good-looking elements. It is about putting ourselves in the end-users’ shoes; anticipating needs and fulfilling aspirations so that people can really connect to their space. The singular objective of our practice is to deliver designs that draw smiles with spaces. Based out of Ahmedabad, we have, over the last 25 years, built a credible portfolio of over 200 projects, with collaborations across India and abroad. However, the true measure of our success is not the number of projects but the number of happy clients. We have grown, and continue to grow, with them, in the process doing what we love doing best: adding life, every square foot.
