Jason Barrett, JD is the principal and founder of JAME Consulting, LLC. Over the course of his career, Jason has worked as in-house labor and employment counsel, HR Director, and employee relations advisor across multiple industries. He is passionate about advising and counseling companies on how to best invest in their most precious asset – employees. Jason’s diverse experience has allowed him to develop comprehensive knowledge and effective communication and listening skills, making him a valued and trusted partner with his clients. He also serves as a Board member to several non-profit organizations and is involved in his local church.
