James Chapple Properties founded in 2007 by James Chapple came from a background of property investment fund management, letting agent, and property interior designer in London from Typical properties James worked on then were between £500k and £2 million. Between In 2008 and 2011 James Chapple focused efforts on developments in waterside locations in some of North Northumberland's most beautiful locations. In July 2011 James set up a bespoke Architectural design and construction service formed to cater for the growing demand for a high quality, customer and budget driven 'Design and Build Service' in Northumberland. Despite very challenging economic times, James Chapple Properties (JCP) commitment to deliver only the highest of standards and stunning interior and exterior design finishes has never wavered. Highly environmentally friendly pre-fabricated construction methods -clients can now see their houses or extensions being built in the company's factory in Alnwick. This process ensures smooth project delivery, high standards of production, and minimal construction waste. Improved customer visualisation technology and customer experience. The firm utilises the latest 3D modelling and interior design imaging to build the house or extension to the clients needs visually before committing to production. This overcomes 2D visualising issues and 80% of on-site rework.
