Whether pads are produced from one of our stock fabrics and cutters, or from the development of innovative and bespoke pad solutions, James Douglas will always aim to find the perfect pad for every each and every cosmetic application. We die-cut non woven fabric pads at our site in Hertford which has been certified to operate in according to Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices (ISO22716:2007). Our products include make-up remover pads and skincare cleansing pads. Our pads can be delivered as components to be used in the manufacture of consumer brands at our clients manufacturing facilities or alternatively we can manufacture the finished consumer packs. Our cutting equipment allows us to efficiently produce high volumes of precounted pad sets for global brands whilst we have retained the ability to support lower volume speciality products using semi-automated cutting machines.
