I'm James Iberson, a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor, based in Bath. Having left behind a career in the Market Research industry, it’s now my mission to provide the highest level of training and coaching, bespoke to every individual, with the aim of helping them achieve their greatest potential to date. Now, utilising both my experience of training (both personally and with clients), my aim is to help others move more efficiently, feel more confident and live a more rounded and enjoyable life.
