Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation (JSDC) is dedicated to area economic development growth and diversification in Jamestown & Stutsman County, North Dakota. The Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation (JSDC) was organized to develop employment, improve business conditions, and advance the interests of the City of Jamestown and Stutsman County, North Dakota by implementing and sustaining an organized effort to attract new businesses and industry, support existing businesses and industry, and encourage new business starts. JSDC's focus is primary sector job creation. The corporation has a multimillion-dollar economic development program available to assist with expanding or relocating business and industry. JSDC offers 55 acres of development land in our Ag Processing Industrial Park, 500 plus acres of prime industrial development land in our Spiritwood Energy Park, and land lots ranging in size from 8.5 to 46 acres in our Airport Park for aeronautical & non-aeronautical industry development.
