HOW I DO IT: Through my signature 90-day coaching programme, I transform how women in perimenopause experience this life stage. As a result, my clients regain their energy, find relief from their symptoms and gain a renewed sense of well-being. Overcoming my own issues during perimenopause led me to seek a different path with better health and lifestyle choices and this completely changed my life.
