As a Creative Recovery Coach, I empower young adults to find freedom faster. I have dedicated my life to helping others do the seemingly impossible like me: overcome. I guide my clients in processing through their trauma using creativity, increase their self-esteem and provide radical accountability to keep them moving forward. For over ten years, I have been making jewelry and utilizing this art form as a therapeutic practice to help steady my anxious hands. Now, I am binding my passion for guiding those in trauma captivity to heal with my love for jewelry design as a treatment modality.
