Jang Appraisals is proud to provide residential appraisal and consulting services to major lending institutions, mortgage brokers, lawyers, tax experts, relocation companies and private individuals in the area that includes South Surrey, White Rock, Langley, Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, Agassiz, and Hope. We also service many rural communities within the Fraser Valley Regional District. Our appraisals are completed by designated members of the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CNAREA). CNAREA members must abide by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice as promulgated by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
