Brief Bio: Dr. Barrow is an Innovative Academic Solutions Consultant, with a focus on Academic Program Design and Development as well as University‐Industry Engagement. She has a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Houston. Since then, she has held various academic administrative positions, the most recent being that of the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Executive Education for the Kansas State University – Olathe Campus for four years, where she wad assessed as “Exceeds Expectations” for all annual evaluations. Prior to joining the K-State team, she was at Kennesaw State University for over ten years and served as faculty team leader in the Executive MBA programs, and Associate Director for Executive Programs. During her academic career she has held various ranks and titles including that of full professor, Head of School of Business Administration, and Editor. In the process, she has received awards for outstanding teaching performance, outstanding research, outstanding service and academic excellence in receiving the Ph.D.
