Janspeed offers full service ‘one stop’ supplier status to OEM customers supporting low & medium volume programmes, from ‘concept’ through to rapid prototyping, off tool prototype parts and on to production. Extensive experience managing customer schedules/portals, including sequenced deliveries (Kanban). Janspeed can also manufacture and supply pipework, 4 & 5 axis CNC Machining, 2D & 5 axis Laser parts, Fabricated components, TIG/MIG, Robot & Seam Welding, SLA & SLS models, 3D DMLS, Injection Mouldings, Die Castings, Thermal Management solutions, Cosmetic finishes, Assemblies (including own parts) and direct management of Tier 2 & 3 suppliers.
