As a passionate supporter for entrepreneurism and business creation in Canada, the purpose of Janus will be to encourage, educate, support, assist, facilitate Canadian based business growth. The premise is simple: Capitalism with purpose is the best vehicle to allow people to achieve their full potential and to tackle the worlds most pressing challenges. Canada has great potential to create new businesses and transform existing businesses that will make a difference, contribute and compete on a global scale. I divide my energy into three areas:(1) working on boards along side Private Equity partners as well as advisory boards that have significance to me (2) working with select entreprenuers who need some assistance on scaling their businesses and achieving material growth and (3) coaching select business leaders through various stages of their leadership journey.
