We employ a sophisticated method, called "brand narrative marketing" to instill narratives about brands within networks. Our research is based on "social interface research", using selected individuals within networks to crack the barrier for gathering real insights, circumventing bias and gathering tacit knowledge inaccessible by other means. We work together with Root & Partners to access a network of 6,600 HNWIs for consumer studies, interviews and mystery shopping. Together we offer long term strategic visions for companies who want to enhance their services by specifically targeting affluent consumers.
