Ever since we were licensed to run the PTS business under Article 2, Paragraph 8, Item 10 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA) in 2007, we have been developing our business around the operation of our PTS. When we first started our business in 2007, we only operated the nighttime trading session, but in 2008 we expanded this to the daytime trading session. Currently, we have 30 major foreign and Japanese brokers as participants trading on our venue, making us the largest and longest running PTS in Japan.
