With in-house design, CAD/CAM, tooling and prototyping facilities, as well as an up to date square feet production facility with 68 injection moulding machines from 22 to 480 tonnes (including 2-shot), Javelin is truly a “one stop shop" for plastic moulding expertise. Javelin are experienced in working with all materials, from bulk polymers to specialist high end compounds, including PEEK® and Teflon®.
