Every Child and Young People Deserves to Survive & Thrive; Today and in The Future. JAX Foundation is the Bangladesh’s largest philanthropy that focuses specifically on improving children’s lives, young people's thrive and climate change. CHAMPIONING CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE We are a philanthropic organisation, with offices in Dhaka, Kushtia, and Sirajganj. We work with a range of partners seeking to transform the lives of children, young people and climate change in Bangladesh. Partnerships are critical, because it will take the combined efforts of many to tackle urgently the challenge. We have no political affiliation. Our programmes are designed to support courageous ideas to solve seemingly uncontrollable problems. We know that the returns on smart investments in areas such as children’s early development and adolescent girls are especially high. In our country every year thousands of thousands young people have completed their graduation but here is no opportunity to get them employment. In Bangladesh it’s a big problem. So we are working with this young and talented people with new innovative ideas. JAX Foundation areas of work include maternal and child health, adolescent sexual health, nutrition, education, and deworming, tackling child slavery and exploitation, and supporting smart ways to slow down and stop climate change. From the education of students in Bangladesh, to the health of a young mother in rural area of our country, we are catalysts of human promise everywhere. The problems we seek to solve are complex and demand the coordination and focus of many – leaders, governments, communities.
