This is reflected in our JAS‐ANZ accreditations to ASNZS 4801:2001 and OHSAS 18001:2007, issued by GCC, and our accreditation to NSW Government WHS Guidelines. Our Certification Numbers are 196-S-1 for 4801 and 196-S-2 for 18001; all of our certifications may be verified online via the JAS-ANZ registry. SOCIAL HOUSING We have extensive experience delivering planned and responsive maintenance works to social housing properties – we have delivered this work constantly since 2019, for clients including NSW Land and housing, Housing NSW, Evolve Housing. Jayce has delivered fire safety compartmentalization works to social housing properties continually since 2019. Fire is a significant risk in multi-occupancy unit blocks – our work is designed to ensure that should a fire start in one unit, it is confined to that unit and cannot spread further throughout the block. The work involves bounding wall separations, asbestos remediation and fire stopping treatments to wall, ceiling and floor penetrations, especially in bathrooms and kitchens. Jaycee Build is one of a limited number of specialist contractors with the right team, knowledge and skills and supplier support networks allowing us to deliver this work.
