Jaycorp Berhad is a Malaysia-based company engaged in investment holding and provision of management services. Its main business and source of capital is furniture manufacturing, from which it invests in a broad portfolio of subsidiaries, equity positions and other securities. The company mainly operates in six (6) business segments: 1. Rubberwood Furniture - Manufacturing and sale of rubberwood furniture; 2. Packaging - Conversion of corrugated boards into carton boxes; 3. Rubberwood Processing - Pressure treatment and kiln-drying of rubberwood 4. Renewable Energy - Biomass steam plant operations that provide industrial grade steam using palm oil waste as its main fuel source 5. General Contracting - Provision of material, labor, equipment and services for construction projects 6. General Trading- Selling of construction materials, provision of transportation services, property letting and printing.
