Jaydot

Jaydot is a mission-based social enterprise focused on creating affordable housing solutions for people in the Washington DC area, particularly those who have experienced homelessness. We consult on the development and operation of affordable and Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) with a focus on projects that will help end homelessness in the Washington, DC area. We believe in and follow the Housing First model, which minimizes barriers to entry for potential residents. Our clients are non-profits, developers, and government agencies committed to creating exceptional affordable housing. Our mission is to create innovative, quality housing solutions that address the needs of those impacted by social inequity. We believe that housing is a human right, homelessness is a solvable problem, and we can create an equitable, human-centered system where housing solutions are readily adapted to fit the needs of those we serve.
