Prior to forming Jaywarden Architects, Asanka Jayawardena worked at Rothelowman Architects and BatesSmart Architects as a senior Architect and was involved in the several projects ranging from residential to commercial. He then brought his expertise and skills in designing for challenging parameters and sites into the residential development sector. With previous experience working with developers JayWarden Architects have built a strong knowledge base on the economics of property development yield. This experience is partnered with our contemporary design philosophy that understands the need to dynamically respond to environmental, contextual and planning parameters.
