JB Planning Associates was established in 2002 by John Boyd and is now a leading consultancy in the development sector. The Practice is based in Hertfordshire, but our work covers many parts of the UK. We have established a diverse client base with a variety of projects across the country including the successful promotion of strategic development opportunities and land allocations through Local Plans, the preparation and submission of major planning applications and appeals, and small and medium scale residential and mixed-use developments.
