JBH offers high-tech training and employment to High Potential Communities, with a focus on the ultra Orthodox sector. Established in 2013, JBH's (Formerly Avratech) mission is to transform mainstream Haredi men to work as highly qualified computer programmers who remain devoted to serious Torah study. JBH's flagship 18-month full-time training course is a unique one-stop-shop program where a Haredi man with no secular education can enroll, intensively train, maintain daily Torah study, and graduate with gainful employment. Furthermore, JBH's graduates, by remaining committed to a Torah lifestyle, become role models for their community of committed Haredi men who support their families. Research on Haredi male integration into the high-tech sector revealed that JBH is the leading high-tech vocational training organization for Haredi men. Some of JBH's employing partners include the Ministry of Defense, NICE, Ravtech, Checkpoint, and other leading employers.
