Jbw Coaching

We work with Executive and Senior Leadership Teams who want to use coaching for the professional development, wellbeing and personal growth of their teaching staff. Our aim is for coaching to develop excellence in leadership which will in turn increase student engagement and therefore improve positive outcomes and enable students to reach their full potential. We serve schools that are excited to build coaching into the culture of the school. When staff are feeling overworked, overwhelmed and undermotivated, coaching can bring about a shift and positive change where teachers feel listened to, trusted and motivated to take hold of their own personal growth and development. This will impact positively on every student and parent they come into contact with.
