A couple years ago a client that handed a gift to me at lunch and asked me to open it It was a crystal sculpture with the following words etched into the base,'A leader's greatest tool is their voice. Thank you for helping me to find mine.' Coincidentally, I struggled to find my voice that day as the emotion silenced my words. It was very personal - he wanted me to know what I had done for him. In brief, this is the kind of work that I have been doing ever day for years; and it never gets old. I show people how to be comfortable just being themselves.
