We specialize in COMPOSITE INSULATORS (10-500KV), SURGE ARRESTERS, FUSE CUTOUTS, END FITTINGS and other related products. JD-Electric possesses an annual production capacity of composite insulators, covering an area of square meters, fully equipped production and inspection equipments of high professional standards. Additionally, JD-Electric has achieved self-production of the main raw materials for insulators, including rubber compound, core rods and fittings, so that we can improve quality and reduce cost. Until now, our products have been used in 20+ provinces in China and 60+ foreign countries (US, UK, FRANCE, ITALY, POLAND, RUSSIA, CHILE, TURKEY, JORDAN, KOREA, INDIA and so on) without any accidents. HISTORY In 1978, we established "Hejian Guangming Electrical Appliance Factory", concentrated on the manufacturing of high and low voltage switchgear. In 2003,"Cangzhou Hualing Electric Co, Ltd" was set up. We embarked on the composite insulators for RAILWAY, GRID and POWER STATIONS. In 2013, Hualing obtained the CRCC certification from the NATIONAL RAILWAY ADMINISTRATION. Hualing has won bids for 60+ national key railway projects, such as the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, Beijing-Zhangjiakou Railway and Lunan High-Speed Railway. In 2019, Hualing jointly drafted the composite insulators current NATIONAL STANDARD (GB/T 22079-2019), together with Tsinghua University and other institutions. In 2017, JD-Electric was established to develop the INTERNATIONAL MARKET. JD-Electric is also a supplier for the State Grid Corporation of China.
