Growing up in a small rural town in Ohio, he moved to Pittsburgh in the 1970s to pursue his passion for cosmetology. After graduating from the Pittsburgh Beauty Academy, Jeffrey honed his craft alongside Leslie Brynner at Leslie & Co. before launching his own career. In 2002, after achieving notable success in Shadyside, Jeffrey relocated his salon to Lawrenceville, playing a key role in the neighborhood's revitalization. A decade later, his journey led to Highland Park, where his salon continues to thrive. While Jeffrey has a loyal clientele, he warmly welcomes new clients to experience his expertise. Jeffrey has also expanded his creative pursuits to jewelry design and fine art, crafting one-of-a-kind pieces from materials such as iced metals, natural stones, and glass. Jeffrey’s distinctive jewelry creations are available for purchase at the salon, where they have also been featured in local magazines and fashion shows.
