Jenga365 is a mentorship, networking, and community-impact program designed to support rugby players in Kenya, both on and beyond the field. We bring together current players, retired athletes, professionals, and partners to empower the rugby ecosystem through knowledge-sharing, life-skills development, and meaningful community action. Our work is centered around three pillars: 1. Mentorship & Life Skills Development We connect players with mentors and experts who guide them through key topics such as: • Financial literacy • Career transition & personal branding • Mental resilience • Nutrition, training & recovery • Academic, work & rugby balance 2. Networking & Opportunities Jenga365 creates pathways for players to build valuable relationships across sports, business, education, and personal development. We host webinars, workshops, and meet-ups that open doors to real opportunities. Community Impact & Social Responsibility We collaborate with schools, CBOs, and organizations to engage players in activities like: • Tree planting • Clean-ups • Orphanage visits • Advocacy & community education We believe rugby is more than a sport, it is a force for community transformation.
