For many women, personal development at work is hindered by the unseen barriers of gender bias and their own perception of leadership. For businesses this is a sad loss of talent. Giving women the opportunity to learn and develop in a way that works for them makes good business sense. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT FOR WOMAN AT WORK Developing Leadership through powerful coaching groups Our small coaching groups for women are designed to support development of new or established leaders over a period of 6-8 months. The programme involves experiential learning and uses a blend of coaching, facilitating and training. Learning to be an effective leader takes practice and the programme offers an opportunity for women to try new skills, get feedback, share experiences, compare learning, support one and other and celebrate success. INDIVIDUAL COACHING FOR WOMEN Empowering women to create healthier, more resourceful ways to live and work. It is impossible to perform at your best when you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or stuck. For many women this is a reality as they juggle work and home commitments. With a holistic approach to coaching, I can help you develop in a way that is authentic and best fits your life and work needs.
