I support people to listen more deeply to themselves and each other. Offering 1:1, trainings and groups bringing forward an approach to listening that combines the classic active skills with what I call the receptive ground, an approach that combines Rogerian work with Mindfulness, Nervous System Science and The Hakomi Method. Drawn from a background of three decades working in the third sector and in education training and supporting large teams to listen to those facing multiple crises, face to face and in person.
