Jenstar Movement Studio

Jenstar Movement Studio is a fitness and wellness studio servicing the greater Green Bay area. Our studio is located near downtown Green Bay at 1212 Marine Street, and offers an eclectic mix of inspiring classes with certified hands-on instructors! We offer a various styles of yoga (alignment, power vinyasa, yin yoga), dance classes for Adults, and our ever popular Ballet-inspired, body transforming Barre classes. In addition, we offer informative wellness workshops and speciality classes with guest instructors throughout the year. A Jenstar class is more than a workout. It is dedicated time for you to connect in a meaningful way to your body, breath, and clear your mind. We give you the space and time to de-stress in our classes so that you can go back out into the world and have the power to respond vs. react to all that life entails. We have a wonderful, supportive (and fun) community of people that attend the studio. Currently we offer both in-person classes and live virtual classes for our clients with a 72hr playback feature! New Clients can enjoy 2 weeks of unlimited access for $35!
