Jeremy Steward

Jeremy trained in Cornwall and then Cardiff (UWIC) before being invited by Mick and Sheila Casson to Wobage Farm Craft Workshops in Herefordshire in 1995 as part-time apprentice until 2003. Since 1995 he has made wheel-thrown functional and one-off ceramics, wood-fired salt-glazed stoneware and porcelain. Wobage Workshops offer a unique and supportive working environment to it's resident makers and to visiting students who attend a changing programme of ceramics courses and evening classes. It combines generous space indoors and out with an excellent range of facilities and materials. Courses vary in length from a weekend to 7 days, with professional tuition and demonstration in salt-glazed stoneware, slip-decorated earthenware and porcelain. Some of the courses, including the evening classes, invite beginners, whereas others are better suited to more experienced makers. Please refer to the website for further current details:
