For the past 16 years, I’ve coached women to achieve their health and fitness goals while fostering a positive mindset. I believe true well-being encompasses both physical fitness and mental peace. Through sustainable habits, I’ve helped countless women reduce stress, cultivate calm, and embrace a lifestyle where they feel strong and empowered. But my path hasn’t always been easy. For years, I struggled with being overweight and unhealthy, trapped in comfort eating and excessive drinking. Despite being a fitness coach, I felt frustrated and disheartened. Everything changed a couple of years ago when I realised I had been trying to build healthy habits on shaky foundations—stress, overwhelm, and self-doubt. I focused too much on external factors and overlooked the internal issues keeping me stuck. Just like a house, healthy habits crumble when the foundations are weak. I shifted my focus to address deeper issues—reducing stress and letting go of the "all-or-nothing" mindset. Once I built strong foundations, healthy habits became simple and easy. Now, I want the same for you. You don’t need to count calories or track meals to succeed. Many fitness programs focus only on symptoms, missing the real issues.
