We are Searching for a Company That- Is located in the Greater Toronto Area region - Has annual sales of $5 million to $40 million - Has a track record of profitability and EBITDA of $1 million to $4 million - Has a sustainable competitive advantage or barrier to entry that mitigates profit-eroding competition - Operates in a sizeable industry with growth potential and acquisition opportunities - Has a strong team - We believe that great companies are built by great people - Has an owner who is willing to mentor or partner with Jet Star Capital to ensure a proper transition Jet Star Capital does not invest in start-ups or turn-around situations
