Jeweal was established in April 2011 with the specific goal of providing holistic management solutions for the Diamond, Gemstone, and Jewelry Industries. After being in the industry for over 20 years and having delivered solutions we are where the customer is looking for beyond vanilla software packages. The company started of the vision that would empower the industry to embrace the new age power tools like e-commerce, CRM, Multi Location Inventory Controls, Point of Sales etc. We understood that the Software has to scale up if the Business is scaling up and for that very reason every module is interconnected so that the information is centralised. We started off by looking at islands of Software Solution for the Industry with virtually no compatibility with each other. We looked at the problem with an approach made possible by "Cloud". We envisioned everything on the cloud available every time when required. The information has to be available when it is most needed not unlike labyringth of reports.
