A full service tax firm, comprised of tax attorney, CPAs, and other tax professionals, specializing in resolving individuals’ and business’ IRS tax problems. Our mission is to protect our clients’ rights and level the playing field between our clients and the IRS. Being alert to the ever changing policies and procedures within the IRS, we are proactive in developing new tax relief strategies designed to ensure that our clients are fully represented, and that they receive appropriate tax resolution. For instance, we are aware that, over the past five years, a large majority (estimated to be 70%) of the managers and executives within the IRS have already retired from the IRS leaving a void of experienced managers. Being former IRS employees ourselves, we understand the significant negative impact this has had on the IRS, and we have reacted accordingly by revising our representation techniques. We also know that IRS’ policies change like a pendulum…from being lenient to being very enforcement oriented. We take very seriously knowing what the IRS is currently doing, so we can provide the best representation possible.
