JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Limited started as a small scale enterprise in August 1997 as Sunehari Svendgaard Laboratories Limited. It moved at a brisk pace and was incorporated as JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Limited on October 8, 2004. By April 2005 the company took over businesses from Sunehari Svendgaard Laboratories Limited, Sunehari Oral Care and Jai Hanuman Exports. Keeping up with this pace it reached new heights on October 21, 2006 when it was listed both on BSE (“BSE – 532771”) and NSE (“NSE – JHS”) of India. Starting with manufacturing of only Toothbrushes the company widened its scope to Toothpastes, Mouthwash and Denture Tablets and today is the largest manufacturer in India catering to an extensive range of Oral Care, Skin Care, Hair Care, Personal Care, Hygiene Care, Cosmetics, Accessories etc. The company has also been the outsourcing partner for some of India’s largest brands in the aforesaid segments.
