JIB Consulting, LLC was formed by Jesse Ian Boyd, RLS, PE in 2021. Jesse brings over 20 years of experience in the land surveying and civil engineering fields. He has a breadth of experience as a true field-to-finish surveyor, completing hundreds of projects in the public works and private development fields, including roadways, master-planned communities, and commercial developments. He has contributed to the successful completion of countless projects such as ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, complex boundary retracements, cadastral and control surveys, utility and right-of-way mapping, and construction survey and layout of all types of new build projects. As a professional civil engineer, he has provided project management and/or design of roadways (including freeways and arterials), schools, and other public facilities. His engineering experience includes involvement during the feasibility/due diligence, planning, design, and construction/post-design phases of projects.
