I design wellness experiences that help people feel grounded, capable, and connected—whether they’re students, teams, or community groups. As a trauma-informed yoga instructor, teaching artist, and wellness curriculum designer, I blend somatic practices, creative expression, and emotional intelligence to help others navigate stress, burnout, and big life transitions. My work is rooted in lived experience. Surviving a stroke at 30 reshaped how I see healing, purpose, and community care. Now, I use that story as a blueprint—not for sympathy, but for possibility. I create workshops, retreats, and wellness tools that are practical, inclusive, and culturally attuned. From burnout-prevention programs to mindfulness-based creative sessions, I help people and organizations build sustainable habits that support real-life success—not performative wellness.
