Jilij GmbH, founded in 2019, is an organisation consultancy and software development firm. Founded by experts from Product Design, Software Development and Work Organisation, the focus of jilij is to provide their expertise to scaling companies as well as developing software services for everybody’s everyday projects. As a consultancy we are specialised on SMB/KMU with a focus on software or hardware product development. Our consultants track record- setting up compliance procedures in fintech and health tech companies - building design groups for user centric product development - scaling agile development teams with between 20 and 200 members - introducing flexible team-based structures and communication frameworks to enable significant growth We strongly believe that sharing of information and experience is at the core of strong companies as well as it is the foundation for engaged communities. With this in mind, as passionate product developers, we also drive our own in-house development of jilij’s know-how sharing platform pikō.li.
