At Jimmies, our mission is to provide targeted fitness and wellness instruction to 55-70 year-young demographic. Through careful assessment and coaching in a welcoming environment, we help increase mobility and strength, alleviate pain symptoms, and maintain or regain faith in your bodies – whether that means taking on life’s routine demands with renewed confidence, or completing a hike or game of tennis with family. Your work at Jimmies today will help you avoid injury, and maintain a higher quality of life and autonomy in the future. We emphasize proper movement patterns, power, functional strength. Why? Because that’s what we all need to maintain quality of life and avoid injury. Every one of our trainers will work from our concrete training philosophy, designed by our team of multidisciplinary experts to address common concerns and prepare our clients to live an active, healthy and independent life. To that end, we will offer both group classes and semi-private training sessions, where form will be monitored and gradual, safe progression emphasized. The atmosphere will be welcoming, and our staff will be understanding and encouraging. At Jimmies, we seek to build a community experience for our clients, in a space that makes them feel comfortable.
