JIMSHER - OUR STORY. JIMSHER – a new word in the world whiskey industry Georgia is known for its ancient times, with wine-rich cultures and traditions. The Georgian winemaker and businessman Jimsher Chkhaidze-Askaneli, inspired by this cultural heritage, was looking for a way through which the history of the whiskey was already in the Georgian language for almost two decades. The highest quality whiskey made with the best traditions is the second stage of the bottles in barrels where the wine is kept in Saperavi. As a result of the use of this method we have received a special flavor and a taste that allows you to find a whiskey – whiskey with Georgian accents.
