Jin Fu Consulting is committed to enabling commerce between the United States and China, specifically mergers and acquisitions, distribution of products, business process outsourcing and venture funding. Merger and Acquisition Jin Fu will support a complete array of Mergers and Acquisitions activities, including initial due diligence, identification of acquiring firms, initial contact and final negotiations to close. Further, we will provide on-going transition management and interim management services specifically designed to be supportive of a cross cultural business enterprise. Venture Funding Jin Fu will source appropriate venture and private equity funding for new business and startups from institutional investors, private equity firms and venture capital in China. We will seek to align the expectations of venture funding with the long-term interests of entrepreneurs and existing investors. Distribution Jin Fu will locate appropriate distribution opportunities for United States products in China. We will work both to establish significant volume and profitable distribution of these products.
